Bilel is a Blockchain, Networks, and Security Expert with over 10 years of experience spanning academic research and industrial technical leadership. Currently a Post-doctoral Researcher at LIP6,Sorbonne University, his research focuses on blockchain- based solutions for IoT, federated learning, and data security, including the development of mitigation mechanisms for Ethereum’s Proof-of-Stake consensus. In his industrial capacity, Bilel serves as the CTO and Senior Blockchain Architect at Blockchain Startup, where he leads engineering teams in designing end-to-end decentralized architectures.
His extensive project portfolio includes architecting DeFi platforms, decentralized identity (DID) systems, and NFT marketplaces. A certified Blockchain Security Expert, Bilel also contributes to the ecosystem as a professional trainer and educator, having delivered over 150 hours of specialized training in blockchain and digital trust.

Mandar Datar is a Research Engineer at IMT Telecom SudParis, where his work focuses on marketplace design for 6G edge computing as part of the RAI-6Green project. He received his PhD in Computer Science from Inria Centre at Université Côte d’Azur and Avignon Université. His doctoral research, titled “Resource Allocation and Pricing in 5G Network Slicing,” was conducted under the guidance of Eitan Altman. Prior to this, he earned an M.Tech. in Control Systems from the University of Mumbai and a B.E. in Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering from Amravati University, India. Following his PhD, he worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Orange Innovation, where he work on developing adaptive moving-target defense mechanisms for cybersecurity using reinforcement learning and partially observable stochastic games. He subsequently joined CEA-Leti (Laboratoire Signal, Protocoles et Plateformes Radio – LSP2R) in Grenoble as a Research Engineer, focusing on network sharing and resource allocation mechanisms for next-generation (6G) communication systems, with an emphasis on energy efficiency and sustainability. Over the past several years, his research has centered on game theory, optimization, Markov decision processes, and learning in games. His work spans a wide range of applications, including social behavior, communication networks (5G–6G), network economics, power systems, blockchain, cybersecurity, robotics, and motion planning.

Santiago is a PhD student from Uruguay working on edge computing in the context of future 6G networks. His research focuses on the efficient allocation of computational and communication resources at the network edge, with emphasis on Quality of Service, economic viability, and scalable resource-sharing mechanisms.

His PhD explores the design of a marketplace for 6G edge computing, where network operators and service providers can buy and sell resources to meet service demands more efficiently. His work combines optimization methods and game theory to model strategic interactions, aiming to improve the performance, reliability, and resource efficiency of future edge computing systems.

Bo is a PhD student at LIP6 (Sorbonne Université) within the NPA team. He obtained his License Informatique from Université Paris 7, and Master Informatique (Réseaux) from Sorbonne Université.

His research focuses on the theoretical foundations of distributed system, specifically exploring multi-dimensional Byzantine consensus/agreement problems. He is particularly interested in model design, resilience bounds, and consensus algorithms.
