Congratulations Dalia!

Dalia Popescu from Nokia Bell Labs France has successfully defended her PhD thesis on “Hyperfractals for the Modelling of Wireless Networks” on November 21st. She is now enrolled at Nokia and intend to keep working with us at LINCS.
