We provide an overview on Information and Communication Technologies comsumption in recent years by conducting different types of analysis. We evoke the rebound effect related to Green IT as well as the enablement effect related to ICT for Green. We also show on some simple examples how LCA (Life Cycle Assesment) can be taken into account in standard performance analysis.
