Abstract
“Chaos Engineering is the discipline of experimenting on a distributed system in order to build confidence in the system’s capability to withstand turbulent conditions in production.” (Principles of Chaos)
In this reading group’s session we will discover what Chaos Engineering is and how it is used in systems in production through the book “Chaos Engineering” written by Rosenthal et al. from Netflix. We will explain the context of distributed system resiliency, the principles of Chaos Engineering and the application of Chaos in practice.
