Théo is a new intern at LINCS who will work on multi-winner voting rules.

For recommendation applications, it is frequent to have at our disposal several algorithms that provide a ranking over a set of options, whereas the final need is to propose a reasonably small selection of options to an human expert. This problem can be translated into a situation of multi-winner voting rule, where the different options become candidates, the different algorithms become voters, and their outcomes become ballots. The objective of this internship will be twofold: propose a Python architecture for multi-winner rules, and investigate the properties of multi-winner rules.
