LINCS at the NTN Day: “Beyond Coverage”, by Ali Khalesi (IPSA)

We’re delighted to announce that our colleague Ali Khalesi from IPSA and Guest member at LINCS, will speak at the upcoming NTN Day 2026,  on October 13–14, with the talk “Beyond Coverage: How Mega-Constellations Will Shape the Future of Non-Terrestrial Networks.”

Ali holds a Ph.D. in Telecommunications Systems from Sorbonne Université (EDITE, 2021–2024), carried out at EURECOM — his thesis was a semi-finalist for the 2025 Prix Solennels (Chancellerie de Paris) and won 2nd Prize at the EDITE Best Thesis Competition. His research focuses on the fundamental limits of distributed computing and satellite communication systems. He currently teaches at IPSA and serves as a reviewer for several IEEE journals and conferences.
